BJP announces candidate list for Manipur assembly elections

The ruling BJP party in Manipur has released the candidate list for all 60 seats for the upcoming assembly elections.

Chief Minister N Biren Singh is going to contest from Heingang constituency. The ruling party is facing the elections with no alliance in the state.

Security was tightened at BJP Office after protests erupted because of disappointed BJP party men over candidate selection.
